I loved this so much I bought 4. They are durable, glossy, and the pictures really POP!! IM TRULY VERY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE! In the beginning we had trouble with the tracker saying it was already delivered. I checked everywhere and even asked my neighbors even though I know if one of them got the package, they would bring it to me. Finally, I messaged customer service and left a message. Someone called the very next day to apologize and to assure me that 4 new pictures would be express shipped to me. I got them 2 or 3 days later. There was a snafu in the begining, but everyone was so kind and immediately corrected the issue. So they get 5 stars from me! Everyone makes mistakes, it's how you fix the mistakes that matters. They very very kind and helpful! I will ABSOLUTLY order from zazzle again! The pictures look GREAT. No distortion or fading. The pictures look identical to the originals! I'm so happy with how they turned out!

I was nervous to order off this site because I have never ordered from here before. The shipping was so fast actually much sooner than the expected delivery date. This came out perfectly and I can't wait to give to my friends, they are going to love it. Such a thoughtful gift and would definitely recommend this item and this company for customized stuff. Printing was good. A little blurry up close but what do you expect because so small.
