Black Wolf Eyes T-Shirt

The Apache say that the golden eyes of the wolf rise with the sun and teach us all day long. The black wolf is known as “the protector”. Featuring one of our pack members, Wahkahn (meaning Sacred) is Takoda’s first cousin. Black wolves being rare epitomize our ancient idea of the wolf. He is a wild child, smart as a whip, lanky in his fast growing body. He is full of energy, spit and vinegar. He loves a good chase and is playful as he can be. Fun wolf facts: Wolves are nocturnal hunters which accounts for the golden colour of their eyes. This special lens is like having night vision goggles. Wolves are born with blue eye and start to turn golden yellow at about seven weeks old. All proceeds from purchases help care for the pack and our ongoing wolf education and outreach programs.
