Black Watch at Magersfontein Postcard

The Black Watch, also known as the Royal Highland Regiment, played a significant role in the Second Anglo-Boer War, particularly at the Battle of Magersfontein in 1899. This British regiment, composed of Scottish Highlanders, was part of the British Empire's efforts to suppress the Boer republics in South Africa.
