The first binder I ordered arrived damaged by the shipper. Zazzle gave me no hassle! After sending a picture of the damaged binder and the box it was shipped in, Zazzle gave me a complete refund. The new binder is perfect. I found an old box of pictures from when my parents were dating. The binder looks so nice with all the old black and whites. I have ordered 5 different binders from Zazzle and have been completely satisfied. I would have liked the printing to be a little bolder. The name Dotty looked like the name Dolly.
