These mugs are gift shop quality! After seeing so many store mugs on display during the holidays, I finally decided to road test a Zazzle mug- they look great on the net, just right in the template, but what about in the hand? This one I rustled up for an adult man who loves cats, coffee and tailored things. Now he loves this mug, and I give it my housekeeper's seal of approval as well. It is great for everyday mugging around, very well finished and ready to receive a design suited to decor/taste. So what a great way to give or create a memorable, functional art keepsake. I would not hesitate to send a Zazzle mug as a gift directly sight unseen...though I do wish the packing was recyclable. Totally impressed with this printing! It really looks fired onto the ceramic. Very solid glossy colors do a good job of simulating glaze. Everything crispy and exact, from the "off-set" lines in my plaid to the subtle shades of charcoal, gray, and taupe- true to form.

Love this mug! Zazzle does such a GREAT job - it's shiny, and pretty, and really shows off the whimsical artwork extraordinarily well. You really can't tell how awesome it's going to be until you hold it in your hands. My new favourite mug! The printing was clear, sharp, and beautiful. Really showcased the artwork in true colours.
