I think the Snowflake Ornament is lovely, if your looking for something special and different its great!!!! I had ordered this and it came with 2010 0n it i had wanted 2011 it was my mistake i hadnt changed it on the order, when i enquired about this the customer service was fantastic and said i could re order the correct one and i wouldn't be charged for it!!! that's service for you. the printing looks great!!!
