This beautiful schooner in full sail is the SSV Robert C. Seamans, the newest ship of the Sea Education Association, which provides a college semester of oceanography with 6 weeks ashore and 6 weeks at sea. I had the privilege of sailing for a shorter time on the now-retired SSV Westward, and it was one of the greatest adventures of my life. See more at https://www.sea.edu.
