When you sell to a European country you should warn the customer that you are selling them a product of US standard and not simply mention the measurements. So I bought Avery ring files which take Letter standard paper. In Europe the comparative standard is A4 which is slightly larger and do not fit the files. To find paper and related stationery that fits is difficult and expensive. Furthermore, delivery was a nightmare. You packed 5 files into 2 boxes and Ups wanted to charge double for Customs Duty and Charges. Indeed, I refused and paid once only and they refused to hand over the second box. Therefore I only received 4 files making the total cost paid not worth the purchase!

A gift for my best friend from childhood. The personalization was an excellent feature. The colors looked exactly as I expected. Printing was perfect.
