My son asked for this for his birthday and we ordered it. T-shirt is a nice thick cotton (but not too thick as to be uncomfortable). Graphics applied well and color good. Tee shirt runs true to size - as in not a generous fit like you seem to be finding out in the marketplace for clothes these days. If you are used to the overinflated sizes you may choose to order up a size (at least when it comes to kid sizing). Design turned out well. Nice and clear and crisp. Maybe not as crisp as the image photo on Zazzle but pretty close.

This design is better than any of the Big Hero 6 shirts you can get at Disneyland park, or from their mall retail stores. My son was thrilled to get it. Just careful with the size - I chose the one that was for size 6-8 kids (my son just turned 6 a month ago, and he is slight in build) and the shirt fits w/ only a little extra wiggle room. If your child is a little heftier I'd definitely size up. just fine............
