Bharadvaja’s Twist Post Cards

Bharadvaja’s twist is named after Bharadvaja, one of the seven legendary seers of the Vedic times. Amongst other things, twisting can increase our awareness of Sushumna, the primary energy channel running close to the centre of the spine. This is a print of my original painting. I use water colour to combine precision of form with the fluidity of the medium where the different pigments meet, swell, merge or separate and release naturally leaving their own unique marks and traces a long the way.
