I ordered two of these totes for my kids teachers. I payed extra for premium 2-3 day shipping. My package was not shipped premium and arrived 4 days after it should have. Therefore, School was let out for winter vacation before the package came. So sad. Zazzle did acknowledge their mistake and offered me 25% off my next order. Really? I feel I should be reimbursed for the extra shipping service that I didn’t receive. The product was fine.

Bought this for my daughter for her birthday and she absolutely LOVES IT!!! She’s had this for almost a month and she’s been over using it. It nice, simple and sturdy. The size is perfect and the quality is very good. I will definitely purchase more of these. And, who doesn’t like a bag? These bags were super cute (I purchased 3). The material is more of a canvas look & feel. The colour of the bag is slightly off white, but the letters look exactly as pictured. I took 3 photos in different lighting. Would recommend! I liked how there was an option to choose the font and colour of the name. The words are legible and the colours are exactly as pictured.
