[Beatnik Bubbles] Retro Polka Dot Stripes Paper Cups

A fun and lively design of polka dot bubbles over stripes in a rainbow of bright colours makes these cheerful disposable paper cups suitable for any happy occasion. You may add solid borders in any colours you like to the top and bottom of the cup by clicking Customize, and then on the layers panel on the left, click on the two Rectangle layers and then use the little eye icon to toggle the borders on or off. You can also of course change the size and colours of the borders. It's your party - do it your way. :)
