When the coaster was delivered, it had quite a big chunk of the corner missing. I emailed customer service with a picture and they sent in an order for a free replacement the same day. The new coaster arrived and is perfect. Great customer service and great product. Excellent. The print looks like a real baseball. Got it as a present for my husband who absolutely loves it! He uses it on his desk at work and gets compliments on it all the time.

Custom sizing to an exact square allowed me to frame the photo perfectly for the ceramic coaster. There were all kinds of editing options for the images. Very fun to do and they look awesome. I made them as a gift but got a few doubly made for me! Really well done. I wanted the images dark with low contrast and saturated colours and they came out exactly as I hoped!
