I'm tired of explaining to people that are unfamiliar with the industry as to what a barback does. The important thing to get across to patrons is that I'm not ignoring them because I'm rude, but rather because it's not in my job description to serve drinks. I've created this hat to quickly communicate this to people before they get offended because I'm not there to get their drinks. I hope this comes in as handy for you as it does for me.
