The program to design the invitation was easy to use. I chose the high definition printing, which turned out nicely. The semi-gloss card-stock was a good weight, the product arrived on time, but half the envelopes were missing. Zazzle sent me out additional envelopes no questions asked, and I received them within 3 days which I appreciated. I think I expected the printing to be a little more crisp, but the invites still look amazing. The printing is very clear, but for high def I think I expected it to look a little sharper.... I think it would be helpful if zazzle showed both qualities to help the buyer decide. For the money, definitely a good product and worth it. I would order from zazzle again.
