This tropical pattern by HomeWare began as an original photograph of a flowering banana tree. The closeup photo shows the detail of the petals as they open, revealing the tiny new bananas between each layer. The petals are a reddish lavender, turning dark reddish brown as they curl back and dry. The baby bananas are pale yellow, and turn light yellow green as they grow, all fanned out in bunches.
