Baltimore Oriole in Trumpet Vines Coaster

Flushed with my Baltimore Orioles baseball team's early 2012 spring victories over New York and Boston, I decided to buy one (and only one) Orioles coaster to celebrate my hometown team's successes. The coaster I picked from Zazzle's vast collection does not mention Baltimore or its baseball team, but it is simply a very attractive coaster showing my native black and yellow state bird in a thicket of red trumpet vines. Very attractive and colorful indeed. The coaster is constructed from a 4-1/4 inch disk of 1/4 inch thick sandstone. The coaster most definitely will NOT stick to your moistened whisky glass on those hot, humid, sticky Baltimore nights while watching the O's on TV. I am considering buying an eclectic set of Zazzle coaters to provide for my midwestern neighbors enjoyment when we eventually invite them over to a soon-to-be achieved O's WS. Oriole fans are always hopeful --- we remember the old days. The colors are not as bright or as vivid as I would have wished, but it still is a very eye-catching coaster.
