This design features a painting by the Russian artist Zinaida Serebriakova (1884–1967). It depicts a group of beautiful female ballet dancers getting ready for a performance in their dressing room. They are wearing corsets, tutu skirts and ballet shoes. The girls are also wearing headbands with white pompoms. The original artwork was painted by Serebriakova in 1923.
