Baby's First Christmas Photo Frame Ornament

I had a wonderful time using the tools on the website to create this ornament. Easy to navigate -- even for one like me who is rather computer illiterate! First ornament that came was very disappointing as the back picture was very off-centered and there were bubbles in the coating. However, Lakeesha in Customer Service saw to it that a second one was made and shipped immediately. It was beautiful! The only minor complaints (although not enough to take away a star) were that I had to lace and tie the three-strand gold string through the hole (which wasn't as easy as I had thought it was going to be!) and the hole for the string was a bit too large. Cannot wait to present it to my daughter and son-in-law in honor of my first grandchild!! I am sure, with this great quality ornament, Baby Elizabeth will, one day, be hanging it on her own Christmas tree!!! The colors of the photo on the first, off-centered ornament were a bit too dark. But when the second ornament was made, the baby's face was a bit brighter. The other colors on the ornament were exquisite!

Very pleased with this item. I purchased it as a keepsake of my recent cruise around Spain. I placed my order on Monday and it arrived on Friday. That's fast considering I live in Alberta and it shipped from New York. The front was colorful and exactly as illustrated. The customization I requested on the back was perfect!

I orders this ornament as a gift for my daughter. It turned out exactly as I was hoping, very happy with the quality. Delivery was quick, received within a week ( shipped to Canada). Image quality was excellent.
