Baby's First Christmas Owl Ornament

Our Grandson's First Christmas Ornament turned out to be just lovely. Our son & daughter-in-law also fell in love with it. The picture we uploaded turned out perfectly on the ornament. However we ordered 2 of them one for grandchild's parents and one for us. We were charged for both of them but only received one of them. It was useless trying to call you regarding this issue. I sent e-mail and I'm still waiting for a response. Image quality and color turned out better than anticipated. We have ordered First Christmas Ornaments for a number of our grandchildren and have never been disappointed with overall results of the previous ones ordered and certainly not this one. not this

I was pleased with the speed of delivery, accuracy of personalization and quality of the ornament. I was disappointed that the ribbon shown in the picture wasn't included to hang the ornament; but overall was very satisfied. The image and quality of both the pre-printed picture and lettering as well as the personalization were great!

Nice quality, many colors to choose from. It’s not easy finding a cute ornament for a marching band tuba player. Quick ship, reasonable price. Turned out fantastic. I included pics, but marked out the name for privacy purposes.
