Baby Red Tailed Hawk Binder

I’m saying this is a baby Red Tailed Hawk because there was a nesting pair in our woods, the frantic parent calling for her baby sounded like a Red Tail, and it’s the closest I can come through pictures on the web. This delinquent juvenile appeared in our arbor vitae on morning, stayed two days as he (or she) strengthened his wings, then managed a 50 yard flight into the woods. We heard the parent and child calling to each other and still hear Red Tails to this day. Hoping this is our “baby” surviving to become a majestic lord of the forest.
