Autumn Leaves, FAUX Burlap Wedding Program

The finished product was absolutely beautiful! The quality of the paper was better than expected & the colors were exactly as shown & very pretty. I was impressed & pleased with it overall & received a number of compliments on it at the event. Having some prior experience since this was my 3rd Zazzle order, I was able to successfully create my 4-sided wedding program, but it was definitely complex, complicated & challenging. It tested my patience and ability! Being a perfectionist & knowing how difficult the customizing is, I called Zazzle 3 times once I had finished & before I submitted the order for another set of eyes to look it over & fine tune my creation as needed. The 1st person was very helpful & he was actually quite impressed with what I had created b/c he agreed it was not a simple task. We were going through the entire program when unfortunately we got disconnected. I called back also about the discount & shipping because I felt it was unclear. They were very helpful with that. Overall I like Zazzle and the finished products, but it is a time consuming process & customizing can be difficult & frustrating to the unknowing customer. The site should explain the entire process of creating, saving, & how to navigate the site, & be simpler to understand, learn, & figure out the ins & outs for the average consumer. I recommend calling customer service at the 1st obstacle or question, because they offered good tips & knowledge. The printing was very nice as far as font choices and color, but some of the font sizes was different than expected. The font size was too big on the inside left and the message on the back was larger than the heading, although this was not noticed on my draft. It is hard to gauge how the text will look on the finished product because the site doesn't show the actual size of the item on the computer. This can be a problem. During the creating phase, the text and font appears much smaller because the space you are working on is so small. In the end, I only had one mistake where a word was left out, but that was due to difficulty in proofing because of the small size. I imagine there are a number of customers who are not completely happy when their product arrives. It is definitely wise to call before submitting your order for advice from the voices of experience. Unless you have the time and patience, make your selection a simple one!

Clear, crisp print. The quality of the paper was great and the design was perfect for the wedding colors and décor. Easy to personalize and delivery was as promised. Very clear and crisp.

Loved the layout and design. Easy to customize and the format really helped. I ordered the pretty close to our wedding and paid the rush fees. Was worried it wouldn't get here on time but it did! Once they came in, I knew we made the right choice. Loved these so much and will forever treasure. Our guests loved it too! Excellent. I did 21.6x28 cm. You could probably print it a bit smaller and it would still look good.
