I could not be happier with your handling of a small problem that was not your fault. I was allowed to keep the 1st T-Shirt as I did not agree to the statistics on the number of children ie-boys-who are autistic. Now I have 2 shirts for my son's xmas and he will love them both. In this age most companies are just in it for the money and many don't care about customer satisfaction. Your company is an exception and I appreciate your generously in allowing me to keep the 1st shift.
