Autism - A Sensory Processing Disorder: When my actions are difficult to understand or my eyes look tired confused lost or sad, please try to understand what I may not have the words to say. It may be that I am hungry or tired or thirsty or that I have had my feelings hurt. I don't always know what my body needs in these moments or how to say what will make me feel okay. It can be difficult for me to communicate. I may be frustrated because my needs are not being met or because I can't get out what I am trying to verbalize. Please try to unlock what I may not have the words to say.
