A Painting by John James Audubon of 3 ruffed grouse, 1 male and 2 female, eating berries. The ruffed grouse (Bonasa umbellus) is a medium-sized grouse occurring in forests from the Appalachian Mountains across Canada to Alaska. It is non-migratory. The ruffed grouse is sometimes incorrectly referred to as a "partridge", an unrelated phasianid, and occasionally confused with the grey partridge, a bird of open areas rather than woodlands. The ruffed grouse is the state bird of Pennsylvania, USA.

The cloth is good quality and thickness but it does crease easily, even if rolled up so a steamer is advised for event day. I would rate higher but the cloth is actually on off-white colour and stands out significantly against our other true white. If i were to order again I wouldnt choose a white cloth or I''d add a colour background so it doesnt look so cream-ish.
