Superior Canal Dehiscence Syndrome is a syndrome in which there is a thinning or opening of the bone in the inner ear. People who suffer with this condition can suffer from pulsatile tinnitus which is where they can hear a whooshing or heartbeat sound in their ears 24/7. The sufferer may appear to be okay, but managing symptoms is difficult. Usually their loved ones or employers aren't aware of the struggles they face. These struggles may include but aren't limited to loss of sleep, depression, and balance issues. This button will help increase awareness to this misunderstood condition.
