Artemis One Moon Rocket on Pad Tile

The Artemis I moon rocket, featuring the enormous NASA SLS Space Launch System rocket plus the Orion crew capsule, rolled out to the launch pad at Kennedy Space Centre in Cape Canaveral, Florida on on March 17, 2022. This will be the first flight of the powerful SLS that is capable of 8.8 million pounds of thrust, more than the mighty Saturn V that carried the astronauts to the moon. This first flight will be an unmanned test of the system and will orbit the Moon before returning to Earth.
