This is a scene that features the beautiful Salt River in the area that winds through the Goldfield Mountains in Tonto Nation Forest. The location is the Water Users Recreation Site. Sometimes the local wild horses hang out in this area, but none were there at the time I took the original photo. You can see a man standing on a rock in the river in the distance.
