National flag of Argentina Argentina's flag has a triband design, with light blue horizontal stripes at the top and bottom, and white in the middle. There are two versions of the flag – the Official Ceremonial Flag, which has a yellow sun symbol (known as the Sun of May) on the white band, and the Ornamental Flag, which doesn't have this. The flag was designed by Manuel Belgrano, and first used in 1812. You can personalise the design further if you'd prefer, such as by adding your name or other text, or adjusting the image - just click 'Customize it' to see all the options.
