The tote bag itself is sturdy and a good size. The customized details look good, and I'm sure the recipient will like this. I was impressed by how efficient the process of ordering is, and how quickly the item was delivered. The images and quality of printing turned out great. It looks better than expected - I thought the images would look a bit faded from being printed on thick fabrics.
