The original map was made by Christopher Weigel and depicting the 'Ancient Germany' illustrated after writings from Mela, Tacitus and Plinius. This is a beautiful map for anyone who takes interest in the old Germanic tribes and their location in old Germania, the original was a Copper engraving, hand coloured in outline.
