Victorian Circus - Clowns with a Chariot and Fancy Circus Horses This circus procession is an antique vintage image of an old-time circus parade. The clowns are running around the circus ring and waving e at the audience. The clown in red stripes also has an umbrella parasol. There's a monkey on a pony, and a big circus chariot with two horses, being driven by another clown. The illustration is in full color, with big read heading that says, The Circus Procession. Red, blue, orange and brown are the prominent vintage colors in the illustration. The illustration, The Circus Procession, was the back cover of an antique children's book printed in 1888 by McLoughlin Brothers of New York.
