My husband ordered a shirt and a ceramic mug from Zazzle. The order arrived on time and in good condition, but the shirt was sadly a size too small - very disappointing. We contacted Zazzle, who immediately sent us another shirt in the right size to replace it at no extra charge - none. The replacement arrive a few days later. This is certainly service above and beyond and very much appreciated. We were very pleased with the quality. The colors were exactly what we expected them to be. The shirt is fun to wear and expresses his feelings in the current political chaos and it will be a interesting memento in years to come when this is all over and we're looking back. Thanks Zazzle. You are a good company selling a good product. We'll buy from you again.

I was originally happy about my purchase and Nana loved the gift. HOWEVER, the description specifically says that these are microwave and dishwasher safe, BUT the first time Nana put this mug in the dishwasher it was destroyed. Not impressed..
