I had a personalized mug made with a person's name and an image. When I finally got the item, the bottom portion of the name was slightly cut off. That is not what the proof looked like when I was creating the personalization, so I was a little disappointed. The colors were as I expected, though I was hoping the colors would have been a little darker. I was pleased with the angel image.

This mug was exactly as described. I have purchased the stainless steel one before and the white is a nice change (stainless steel inside). I found the lavender purple a little light for my liking but that's my fault. Next time I'll choose a more grapey purple.
