Anahata - energies open keychain

The heart chakra is the fourth chakra out of the main seven chakras (energy centres) of the body. This is the chakra where we experience love, how we experience this relies upon how open and balanced this energy centre is. This chakra is predominantly green. This is used in healing and colour therapy by professional healers all over the world.
