Elegant ,colourful seascape with yellow sun, sea waves in vibrant black,green,white colours re-elaborated from an antique japanese miniature. Amaterasu is a part of the Japanese myth cycle and also a major deity of the Shinto religion. She is the goddess of the sun, but also of the universe. The name Amaterasu derived from Amateru meaning "shining in heaven." The meaning of her whole name, Amaterasu-ōmikami, is "the great August kami (god) who shines in the heaven".For Amaterasu is also credited with inventing the cultivation of rice and wheat, the use of silkworms and weaving with the loom.

I absolutely love it. It is amazing, and warm, and soft, softer I would have ever expected, it does not look cheap at all, it is just the best blanket ever, I love wrapping my self in it.
