Zodiac was one of Alphonse Mucha's most successful designs, first used as a calendar then featured in La Plume magazine. The signs of the Zodiac are featured in the circular background with a typical beautiful 'Mucha' maiden with her flowing hair in profile.
Alphonse (Alfons) Mucha (1860-1939) was a prolific Moravian painter of the late 19th and early 20th Centuries and a key figure in the Art Nouveau movement. His style of painting influenced an entire generation of painters, graphic artists, draughtsmen and designers and in the minds of many, his work epitomizes the Art Nouveau.

It was extremely difficult to predict what this was going to look like. I couldn't tell if it would be a thin film of plastic sheet over the custom message. In fact, it is a resin coating and it is gorgeous. The font I chose is a bit too small but it is wonderful and I love it. The printing is smaller than I would have liked, but I will keep it.
