This was my first time using Zazzle. The process went very well and I received my poster very quickly. However, the colors of the poster were not as realistic as I would have preferred and I will probably not use the poster as intended. I don't really fault Zazzle for the color issue and feel that they are a good service that I will consider using again. As mentioned above, color was not quite what I expected.

The shipping was the problem. Box was flimsy and item got bent.. only suggestion would have been to put in a canister or mark fragile. Printing was exactly as shown
