When I placed my order, I received a message saying there was a problem processing my Pay Pal account. I did not receive a screen with an order total or confirmation. The next day I re-ordered using my credit card and again received a message stating there was a problem. Later, when checking my emails, I found two messages thanking me for my orders! I then attempted repeatedly to contact customer service by phone with no luck. TWO orders arrived within a week. I love the product but not the "shopping experience". It was totally frustrating and I now have to pay for BOTH orders when I only wanted one.. For this reason I would NOT recommend this web site. The printing turned out fine and exactly as t ordered. If anyone in this company reads these comments would someone help me? PLEASE credit my account for the lesser amount of the two orders, order I.D #131-06285353-9228752

High quality, beautifully presented. The scalloped edge is a nice touch. Choosing a post card style birthday greeting adds a nice twist from the traditional folded card. Colours are soft pastel shades that gives a simple elegant look for this card. The high definition print option with semi gloss really works well for this card. Note: my photo may not capture the prettiness of this card. The reverse of the card highlights the image I chose for a pet themed card nicely. Just what I expected. 👍
