For example, it changes the body metabolism and immune reaction. It also increases mental attention and alertness. Note that the typical "peak" of cortisol levels is around 08:00-09:00 in the morning, so these are great hours for mental effort!

Thos is a great clock. Unlike the last Hockey Night in Canada clock, there is no second time that ticks. With this, the hands change automatically, and when I need to adjust the time, I would move the hand. The clock has the famous Hockey Night in Canada logo with a blue background. Similar to the logo that is shown on Hockey Night in Canada!
