About This Design

Swallowtail Butterfly Watch

This design was created with reference to the "Agehacho crest pattern diagram and training text" found in "Kyoto Crest Uwa-e-shi" in "Japan Crest Grand Illustrated Book" on March 28, 2013. "Fusadate" refers to a state where the wings are laid horizontally, whereas "Agehacho" refers to a state where the wings are raised and stopped. The "Agehacho" that appears in family crests is generally not the same as the swallowtail butterfly. It was surprising to learn that the Agehacho in patterns and the swallowtail butterfly in biology are different. It was also surprising to discover that the name of the pattern is distinguished by whether the wings are raised or lowered. (From "Exploring Family Crests" by Keiichi Morimoto)

Having ordered a number of custom order products from other suppliers I can say categorically the quality and customer service from Zazzle is top notch vs. the others (and negative experiences with these others). The design of this particular buy is quite individual to my needs as a promo item. It is very subtle and came out exactly as I expected. Essentially names a presentation series on the watch which is about AI and tech. The design, and allowing for lines of actual text within the code, was perfect for my needs.Well thought out by the creator. I added a colour match watch band but the original band was of good quality and used it on another watch.
