Serre Chevalier, dans le Briançonnais (surnommée « Serre Che »), est une station de sports d’hiver située dans la vallée de la Guisane dans le département des Hautes-Alpes, près du parc national des Écrins (La Salle-les-Alpes). Elle est créée en 1941 avec l’édification du téléphérique depuis Chantemerle vers le sommet de Serre-Chevalier (2 483 m). L’emblème historique de la station est un aigle, par référence au blason du Baron Borel du Bez.
