Initially I had trouble filling out the template-even had difficulty finding it, so submitted it as it was without being in the template. I heard back from the site, telling me they couldn't' process the order as submitted, which was no surprise to me. On the nest try, I was able to find the template and submitted the order again. The labels are nice quality and arrived very soon. even after the delay in entering the information in the template. Helpful site and I love the pose of the cat. the product was just as advertised and the printing was easy to read with no errors.
