It looks really smart and as it is customised it really makes the persons luggage stand out. The colour was great and the printing turned out really well. I was impressed that I received 2 follow up emails from Zazzle after I placed my order regarding the printing. In the first instance I had left out the phone details and the second was concerning the layout of the phone number as it went right across the tag. The image that I received showed me exactly how it would look and it was still very readable. I also received emails advising me when the product had been shipped and this was important as it was for a birthday gift.
