Zazzle To Hire More Than 700 This Holiday Season

Redwood City, CA — October 2, 2015 — Today Zazzle announced that it plans to hire more than 700 people across a variety of roles in our manufacturing facilities in San Jose, California plus additional locations in Redwood City, California; San Diego, California; and Cork, Ireland. In addition, we’ve improved efficiencies in our processes, particularly in manufacturing, increasing our overall productivity and output. As a local manufacturer here in the Bay Area, Zazzle is also proud to support National Manufacturing Day today, which President Barack Obama has recognized with an official presidential proclamation.

Zazzle expects to hire hundreds of people in customer service based in Redwood City, California as well as our office in Cork, Ireland to help support our customers all over the world. We’re also planning to fill many open positions in manufacturing and operations in our San Jose, California facilities as well as San Diego, California. We’re looking for sharp, bright, and enthusiastic people who enjoy working with a team and helping our customers receive high quality products. We aim to ensure that Zazzle customers have a positive experience at every step of the way in their shopping experience. Zazzle is continuing to grow and expand, and we are hiring extensively with additional opportunities in Finance, Marketing, Engineering, Business Development, and other business units.

Both temporary and regular positions are available, including some part-time roles. A large number of people may eventually convert to full-time employees of Zazzle. Zazzle provides a flexible work schedule, a fun environment, and the opportunity for a rewarding experience making real products both by hand and using a variety of machines. For the customer service team, it’s an opportunity to help improve and resolve customer requests and questions, particularly during the peak holiday season.

Given the addition of dozens of new products for sale on Zazzle and the expansion of the Zazzle platform to include more outside makers, Zazzle expects this holiday season to be the busiest yet.
