You can protect yourself against terrestrial 5G infrastructure, to some degree, but no one can escape or hide from a "neural network" of tens of thousands of 5G satellites orbiting around the ionosphere. All day and all night, these will be constantly overhead, constantly beaming electromagnetic radiation at the earth. The Schumann Resonance, which is the earth's natural electromagnetic field and to which we and all life are attuned, is generated in the ionosphere, but there are already signs that the 5G satellites are interfering with this.
