I bought this product as a birthday gift for my fiancé and am very disappointed with what I received. I paid premium price for expressed shipping hoping not only the product would arrive on time but that product would be packaged well for protection. Product was not of thick quality and was received very wrinkled. Images were fine but quality ( thickness) of printing paper was very lacking . Also I thought I was receiving a frame but received wired clips I guess to clamp picture.

The shipping was the problem. Box was flimsy and item got bent.. only suggestion would have been to put in a canister or mark fragile. Printing was exactly as shown
