The 35th saw combat during World War I and World War II, and most notably during World War I the 35th Division had an officer named Captain Harry Truman, who later became the 33rd President of the United States.

Very nice mug, good big size! The skeleton graphics is a little too dark, so he does not show up as clear as i'd like... I wish i had made the image bigger also, as it somehow seems smaller on the mug in person. Printing looks better, and i liked that there were so many cool fonts to choose from!
