Kokopelli also represents music, good times, and good luck. It is often depicted as a hunchbacked flute player, sometimes with feathers or antennas, dancing joyfully. Kokopelli carries a rich and complex symbolism, which varies slightly among different tribes but generally encompasses: Fertility & Abundance, Music & Joy, Change & Renewal, and Travel & Trade. The historical roots of Kokopelli are in the southwest area of the United States, known today as the Four Corners (Utah, the southwest corner of Colorado, the Northeast corner of Arizona, and the northwest corner of New Mexico).
