Overall - liked it very much.... looked good. The US Post Office shipping option wasn't the best choice, as it took a while for them to deliver the order. All was good - as it related to the actual printed design that was created (letters, printing, images x3, and colors), however the entire printed-on design was in a slightly different position on each mug. Specifically, it was slightly slanted with a little more white part of the mug showing on one side than the other - measuring down from the top of the mug on the left and then on the right of the graphic - it was uneven and noticeable. Hope that explains it. If I reorder more of these - hopefully they will all be straight/evenly placed on the mug. Overall - really liked the keepsake item... looked nice.

I was originally happy about my purchase and Nana loved the gift. HOWEVER, the description specifically says that these are microwave and dishwasher safe, BUT the first time Nana put this mug in the dishwasher it was destroyed. Not impressed..
